What happens when you walk in?
Here is what a typical visit looks like, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave with your denture.
- Show us the damage. Bring every piece, plus any tooth that came off. Tell us what happened and whether the denture hurts to wear.
- We check it and tell you the price. A technician looks at the break and explains what the repair involves. You know the price before any work begins.
- The repair. For a crack or a clean break, the pieces are lined up exactly and joined with denture acrylic, the same type of material the pink base is made of. A loose tooth is set back in place the same way. The acrylic needs time to set before the denture can be finished.
- Shaping and polishing. The repaired area is shaped and smoothed so it feels like the rest of the denture, with no rough edges against your gums or tongue.
- A final check. We check the repair with you before you leave. Every repair comes with a 30-day warranty.
How long does a walk-in repair take?
Most repairs are finished the same day, and many take a few hours. How long yours takes depends mainly on:
- how many cracks there are, and whether any pieces are missing;

What should you avoid before you come in?
Well-meant home fixes are the most common reason a simple repair turns into a harder one.

- Don’t file or sand sharp edges yourself. Removing material can stop the pieces from fitting back together.
- Don’t soak the pieces in hot water. Heat can warp denture acrylic.
